Once the purchase is made, we immediately begin producing the piece. As each piece is handmade, it requires a production time of 3 weeks from the order date.
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. When your piece is ready to be shipped, you will receive another email notifying you of its departure from our atelier in Bilbao.
